New to Yoga Classes?
General Information:
Wear something comfortable; you want to be able to move freely.
Don't eat a heavy meal for at least two hours before class.
If possible, try to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class.
I
have mats available for your use but encourage you to bring your own mat for improved hygiene.
Etiquette:
Kindly refrain from wearing heavy fragrances.
Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio.
Whenever possible, please arrive a few minutes before the class's scheduled start time.
Please turn your cell phone off before class begins.
