New to Yoga Classes?  

General Information:

Wear something comfortable; you want to be able to move freely.
Do not to eat a heavy meal for at least two hours before class.
If possible, try to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class.

I have mats on hand for your use (as well as blankets, straps, blocks, and eyebags) but if you have your own, please feel free to bring it.

Kindly refrain from wearing heavy fragrances.
Please turn your cell phone off before class begins.
